According to a widely published email exchange between Apple CEO Steve Jobs and a technology blogger, the iPad and iTunes store will not be dealing in pornography. According to the published reports, Jobs told the blogger that he'd understand the value of "freedom from porn" when he had his own family. Kudos.

If you are a mommy, or have one in your life, you might enjoy following this mommy's twitter feed: -- the 140 character musings of a mother of four... who tweets mostly hilarious kid observations to a rapidly growing audience. Just a few days ago, she had ~300 followers, and then Roger Ebert let his readers know, and now she's got more than a thousand.
One of her gems: "If your mother drives you to school--you ain't no gangster. Pull your damn pants up." With at least one teenager in her house, it's no wonder she's doing it anonymously.
