Surprise, Delight, and Changing Behavior

Now that we have an English translation, we have learned there was a theory behind these two fun videos. Actually, a "theory of fun." Volkswagen--natürlich,the folks behind "Fahrvergnügen"--sponsors these interventions to show that "something as simple as fun is the easiest way to change people’s behaviour for the better."
