A Survivor contestant uses racial language to criticize black player, making Ben one of the most controversial -- and despised -- players ever.
Did you happen to see the last episode of Survivor? Two contestants -- one African American and one white southerner named Ben -- got into a confrontation in which racial language was used. (He said she needed to go back to the ghetto and eat "ketchup sandwiches." Yikes!) Anyway, if you guys saw the last Tribal Council, you saw a very interesting conversation -- really a smack down -- about race issues. Entertainment Weekly has a post-episode interview with Ben, which is interesting if you are a Survivor fan and can get past the puerile beginning of the schtick.
