Debating whether to see Where the WIld Things Are? Besides the trailer, you might check out this enlightening interview with author Maurice Sendak, director Spike Jonze, and screenwriter Dave Eggers.
Don't expect to see a childhood favorite Disneyfied.
But do expect some strong opinions on the state of American childhood, and what's appropriate for kids. In Jonze's eyes, there's a big difference between "children's film and ... making a film about childhood."
