What's the one thing that connects John Lennon to Bill Clinton to Nancy Reagan to Willie Nelson?
We've all seen them. The adoption ads that have the heart-tugging music in the background, the beautiful children reaching for the hands of their new parents, familes running in fields. (Who does that? I live amidst a number of cow fields, and I know better than to run hand in hand through them. Chiggers are not the only dangers lurking in that grass.)
It's easy to feel emotionally manipulated by these videos. The reason I love the ad below is because it's simply a celebration of important people given a chance at life because someone chose to parent them.
