12 Things to Know About Rebecca:

1. You won¹t really understand me unless you¹ve watched this movie(s):

No Country for Old Men and The Muppets Take Manhattan. Pretty much sums me up.

2. I¹m most liable to get choked up when I hear about:
I get choked up when I attend school functions and hear elementary shool kids reciting the Pledge of Allegiance or singing the National Anthem. Gets me every time.

3. If I had a completely free day to do anything I wanted, I would:
Fly to Barcelona but be home in time for an evening with my husband.

4. My kids drive me crazy when they:
Kick. Scream. Hit. Fight. Then deny they did it.

5. I drive my kids crazy when I:
Tell them they drive me crazy. I often sing it to the tune of "She Drives Me Crazy" by Fine Young Cannibals. That's even worse.

6. If you¹re going to give me a gift card, get me one from this store:
Apple, but only if it's enough for an iPhone. Not that I'm jealous of hip people with iPhones. Not at all.

7. I¹m most proud of my kids when they:
Apologize when they've done wrong. Also proud of adults who apologize. It's a hard lesson to learn for all ages.

8. If I had a million dollars to give to a charity, I'd give it to:
Adoption services. Although I've always had a fantasy of just handing out money myself.

9. My go-to comfort food(s):
Salt and Vinegar chips. BBQ ribs. Hohos. Taco Bell Steak Chalupa Supreme. Shall I go on?

10. If I could snap my finger and make some problem in the world go away, it would be:
For every child to have a parent who loves them and fights for them, whether biological or not.

11. Home chore or professional task I hate to do:
All of them. If they're fun, they're not chores.

12. I'm slightly embarrassed to admit that I watch or read:
